Participants learn how to identify and challenge misbeliefs about the nature of the traumatic experience that maintain symptoms and also reshape beliefs about themselves, others, and the world that result from the traumatic experience.

Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT)

An approach to therapy that is rooted in attachment science, and has been proven by extensive research. It’s a structured approach to couples therapy that is short-term (approximately 14 sessions), and focusses on creating a safe environment to allow for meaningful changes to both the pattern, or “dance” of the couple, while also facilitating lasting changes to the mental health of each individual.
